ZAGORI Natural Mineral Water reaches you exactly as nature created it, in the pure and protected environment of the northern Pindos mountain range. After the long journey it makes through the region, it continues past underground rocks, where it naturally acquires its unique composition. In this pristine environment, far away from any kind of human activity, the water is bottled directly from the spring. “ZAGORI” Natural Mineral Water is the pure product of nature, without any impurities, additives or processing.
Where does our ZAGORI come from?
Northern Pindos
Our water begins its journey on the high peaks of the mountains of Northern Pindos.
Filtering
During its long journey through the underground rocks, within the geological formations of this untouched and protected area, it is filtered and naturally enriched with all the precious minerals and nutrients of nature.
Our springs
Water traveling underground, reaches the two sources of ZAGORI natural mineral water, at the foothills of the Zagorochoria mountain range. When it reaches our springs, it already preserves its natural and characteristic composition that gives ZAGORI a deliciously balanced mild taste.
Bottled at source
ZAGORI Natural Mineral Water is bottled It enters directly from the underground aquifer into the bottle where it is sealed directly. Thanks to the advanced bottling technology, the process takes place in an environment completely protected, far away from any kind of external factor. Our ZAGORI is the pure product of nature, without any processing or additives.

ZAGORI Natural Mineral Water is bottled directly from the spring, through the Zagorochoria mountain range, throughout the entire process from drawing the water to selling the product at the consumer. We always work to maintain the exceptional quality of ZAGORI natural mineral water, carrying out strict controls at every step of this journey. Throughout the entire cycle of production and distribution of ZAGORI products, continuous checks are carried out for microbiological, chemical and organoleptic characteristics, in compliance with the legislation in force and with the application of strict quality control systems for water, springs and finished products.
Our History
1988
We launched our famous “ZAGORI” Natural Mineral Water in 1988.
The brothers Alkiviadis and Konstantinos Chitos, with their know-how and more than 30 years of experience in the bottling industry, founded their own brand of bottled water, ZAGORI Natural Mineral Water.
1995
The company’s sources are officially recognized as sources of “ZAGORI” Natural Mineral Water (No. Recognition: Y2/οικ. 3716/18.12.95).
2006
With a production capacity of 180,000 bottles per hour, “ZAGORI” Natural Mineral Water reaches for the first time the 1st place in the bottled water market.
2021
ZAGORI remains the first brand of bottled natural mineral water, with the widest range of packaging.
